 1. Gyaran Hardware don ƙara sauri


SSD (Solid State Drive): Idan kana amfani da HDD (tsohon hard disk), ka sauya shi zuwa SSD. Wannan zai sa kwamfutarka ta buɗe cikin daƙiƙu kaɗan kuma rubutu ya kasance cikin sauri.


Ƙara RAM: Idan RAM ɗinka ƙanƙanta ce (misali 2GB ko 4GB), ƙara zuwa 8GB ko 16GB. Wannan yana rage jinkiri lokacin da ka buɗe Microsoft Word, Google Docs, ko sauran apps.


Tsaftace kwamfuta daga ƙura: Zafin jiki mai yawa yana rage gudu. Ka yi fan cleaning lokaci-lokaci.


External Keyboard: Idan keyboard ɗin laptop ɗinka tana wahalar da kai, ka sayi mechanical ko ergonomic keyboard – hakan zai sa rubutu ya fi daɗi da sauri.


 2. Gyaran Software


Disable Startup Apps: Idan apps da yawa suna buɗewa da kwamfuta, hakan na hana gudu. A Windows, ka je Task Manager → Startup ka kashe marasa amfani.


Update System & Drivers: Sabbin updates na Windows/macOS da drivers suna ƙara saurin aiki.


Lightweight Writing Apps: Idan kana rubutu sosai, ka guji apps masu nauyi.


Jami (Lightweight Word Processor) ko Notepad++ suna aiki da sauri.


Idan online, Google Docs ya fi kyau domin autosave da gudu.


Antivirus & Cleaning: Ka cire malware, kuma kana iya amfani da CCleaner ko Windows Storage Sense don share files marasa amfani.


3. Inganta Salon Rubutu da Kayan Aiki


Keyboard Shortcuts: Koyi amfani da shortcuts (Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V, Ctrl + Z, Ctrl + S, da sauransu). Wannan yana rage lokaci sosai.


Dictation (Voice Typing): Idan kana son sauri sosai, zaka iya amfani da Google Docs Voice Typing ko Windows Speech Recognition – zaka yi magana, kwamfutar zata maida shi rubutu.

AutoText / Shortcuts: A Microsoft Word zaka iya saita AutoCorrect ko Text Expansion domin kalmomi su rubutu da kansu. Misali, idan ka rubuta "addr", zai rikide zuwa cikakken address ɗinka.


 4. Abubuwan da zasu taimaka maka musamman idan kana rubuta littafi ko blog


Use Outline Mode: A Word/Docs zaka iya tsara babi-babi kafin ka fara rubutu. Wannan yana rage rikicewa.


Cloud Storage: Yi amfani da Google Drive ko OneDrive don kada rubutunka ya ɓace.


Distraction-Free Mode: Yi amfani da apps kamar FocusWriter ko ZenWriter don rubutu ba tare da hayaniya ba.

1. Kashe Startup Programs


Danna Ctrl + Shift + Esc → zai buɗe Task Manager.


Je zuwa Startup tab.


Kashe apps da ba sai suna tashi da kwamfuta ba (misali: Spotify, Zoom, uTorrent, da sauransu).


2. Tsaftace Disk


A search bar rubuta Disk Cleanup → zaɓi drive ɗin (C:).


Share Temporary files, Cache, Old updates.


3. Update Windows & Drivers


Je Settings → Update & Security → Windows Update → Check for updates.


Ka tabbata drivers ɗin keyboard da graphics sun sabunta.


4. Defragment (Idan kana amfani da HDD)


A search bar rubuta Defragment → optimize drives.


(Idan kana da SSD ba sai kayi ba).


 INGANTA RUBUTU (TYPING SPEED)


1. Text Prediction a Windows


Je Settings → Devices → Typing.


Enable Show text suggestions da Autocorrect.


Wannan zai taimaka wajen gyara rubutu da hanzarta typing.




2. Keyboard Shortcuts


Ka koya masu amfani:


Ctrl + S = Save


Ctrl + C / Ctrl + V = Copy & Paste


Ctrl + Z / Ctrl + Y = Undo & Redo


Ctrl + F = Nemo kalma cikin rubutu


3. AutoText (Word Processor)


A Microsoft Word → File → Options → Proofing → AutoCorrect Options.


Saita misali:


Rubuta addr ya rikide zuwa cikakken adireshinka.


Rubuta sig ya rikide zuwa signature ɗinka.

Amfani da Apps Masu Sauƙi Don Rubutu


FocusWriter → app ne mai distraction-free writing.


Notepad++ → lightweight editor, baya nauyi.


Google Docs → rubutu a online tare da Voice Typing (Tools → Voice Typing).


Scrivener → idan kana rubuta littafi/babi-babi.


Voice Typing (Ƙara Sauri Sosai)


Idan kana da microphone, zaka iya magana → kwamfuta ta rikide zuwa rubutu.


A Google Docs: Tools → Voice Typing → zaɓi Hausa/English.


A Windows: Settings → Time & Language → Speech → Windows Speech Recognition.
